Aleksander Rulkov about himself: “I worked as a researcher for 22 years. For the last few decades, I have been managing the production of satellite telecommunication ground stations and radio telescopes for deep space exploration in Estonia. For the last 33 years I have been elected as a member of the council of the Tallinn House of Researchers. I dedicate my free time to art museums and galleries, music and literature. My artistic language is primarily inspired by the work of Cy Twombly, Francis Bacon and Jean-Michel Basquiat.”
