The exhibition celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of composer Rudolf Tobias is on display in the showcases of the Research Library since May 26th.
Born on May 29, 1873, in Hiiumaa, Rudolf Tobias was the first Estonian composer to receive an academic education in composition and played a significant role in the development of Estonian music culture.
The exhibition was curated by Jüri Trei (Estonian Flag Society) and Marika Arder (Head Librarian).
